Cancellation policy:


Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least [Time Period] notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than Time Period] will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to [Percentage] of the reserved services or [Amount], whichever is more. If you are more than [Time Period] late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.




Bundle return policy :


Bundles may be exchanged within 2 days ONLY; after 2 days all sales are final. All custom colored bundles are final sale. No exceptions. Shipping policy and fees: standard: $10 3-5 days expedited: $35 Next day international: price’s vary Delivery Policy and fees, if any. Same day delivery if bundle supply permits. We will deliver up to 25 miles from our salon address. Delivering outside of our standard 25 mile limit, a delivery fee of $25 will be applied to the total balance. Pickup policy and location, if any. Same day pick up is available (we keep hair instock) if bundle supply permits.




Refund Policy:


Due to our product's nature and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best raw and unprocessed hair. Any purchased bundles that have been "Colored" by Reigning Hair at the request of the customer/client are considered unmerchantable; therefore, they can not be considered for any exchange or refund. Pick up policy:


Same-day pick-up is available (we keep hair in stock) if bundle supply permits. When and what should I wash my hair with? Wash your hair with one of the following for the best results: Sulfate-Free Shampoo and Conditioner ( there is nothing wrong with conditioning your hair when in the shower) make sure you raise it all out. Check your bag for a list of products to consider. To preserve the integrity and quality of your new bundles, a regular washing schedule is vital.
